Our taxi dispatch solution is fully integrated with NDrive GPS navigation software, automatically pushing pick-up locations to the navigator, which can then guide the driver to the pick-up point. Leveraging our collaboration with the Carnegie Mellon - Portugal research partnership in the area of vehicular communications, we are able to use the taxi fleet as a probe of traffic congestion, allowing the NDrive routing engine to avoid congested roads based on the information shared from taxi to taxi.

The control and call center also rely on state-of-the-art technology, based on VoIP telephony, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and advanced databases, to efficiently handle each voice-based interaction with the call center. In addition to voice-based taxi requests, our solution handles web-based requests or through dedicated applications in smartphones.
